Preview picture to show up with google search resultsq

When a recipe of mine shows up in google searches from my website (www.rivkaskitchen.com) I would like for a picture to accompany the result. Is this possible with a wordpress.com site?

Hi there,
It looks like this requires the use of some rich snippets, basically coding that helps Google to identify who the author of a post is, what the title is, any associated images, etc. You can read a bit more about that here:

The suggested method for adding this is through HTML, but that won’t be possible at WordPress.com since we don’t allow users to modify page template files.
Here are two things I would suggest:
Connect your Google + profile: http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-plus-profile/
Connect your site to Google’s Webmaster tools: http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/#google-webmaster-tools
I can’t say 100% for sure that those two things will result in images getting included since ultimately, Google decides how to display your information. However, with those two steps, Google should have all the information it needs when displaying your site!
