Preview Template Pages

  I’m trying to create a theme with WP 2.7. The problem is I have no idea how to test the pages after I edit them. It’s easy enough for the index page and a few others. But there is no way for me to test my changes on the more obscure pages. With the dozen or so other CMS’s I’ve worked with in the past there was always a preview button on the edit page. If there is one here it’s hiding very well. I’ve tried going to the pages directly but that doesn’t work. How can I see the changes I have made on all the pages in my new theme?
