Previous access features for post not shown

I am the administrator of http://www.onefaithonepeopleministries.com but my account is paid for and on the server of another person I am having trouble reaching. I post video content each week and when I do a post form there are a series of checkmarks at the bottom that say ‘Access for Monthly Members’ or ‘Access for Annual Members’ and also ‘Protect this Content- Yes-No’. Last night for unknown reasons the site went completely down. When it came back up, those checkmark areas were not there. My concern is that I can no longer protect content or decide who can get in and see it. Either everyone can or no one can and everyone accesses the content on the weekends, so I am very concerned that since I can’t track down my webmaster who has the account, the people who pay for the content won’t get it and that’s bad for business. can you please put the posting form back to what it was so I can protect the content and control who sees it? Thank you. Andrew Gabriel Roth

    Hi andrewgabriel77hotmailcom,

Your http://www.onefaithonepeopleministries.com website is a self-hosted self-managed WordPress.org website, this forum is only for WordPress.com hosted users.

If you’re not sure what I mean you can read about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

The best thing for you right now would be to go to the WordPress.org forum and ask for help there: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

Hope you manage to get your website sorted soon!
