  I can see my old blog site, but am super unsure if I deleted it. Would this come back if I re-instated my subscription?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  If that is the site you are talking about then it is no longer available for at least two years after deletion as explained in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
