Previous employee set up WordPress account.Trying to install new credit card, etc
-
A previous employee set up our WordPress account and upgraded it for us – it is still under her name and her email address is no longer in use. I am trying to put new credit card info into our account and check on our annual fee ( it looks like we are being charged monthly?) – however – I do not have any of the buttons on my access to this account that are required to make these changes. I can only assume that because she opened the account only she can make changes? I am the Director of our office and one of the administrators of this account. Can you give me the appropriate buttons or can you do the work for me if I am not allowed? I am finding this a challenge and will have to do this every year
. Our upgrade expires in 29 days. Please help me change the credit card to a new office card and let me know if you have already charged the existing card for the upgrade that will soon be expiring. If possible please contact the previous owner, ask if she reply in this thread to verify her account ownership and let us move the schoolofdisciples.com upgrade to your account.
Looking forward to your reply.

That solution still does not deal with the whole problem. I need to add a new credit card for renocatholicproject as well as inquire about the extra $20 we were charged this month – we were already charged last month. School of Disciples is still up and running – I don’t know if she independently upgraded that personal blog and don’t want to short-change her, if so.
PLUS, if I ever have to change the credit card again – will I have to go through her each time? Can you add the relevant buttons to my account? Thank you! -
School of disciples is a whole separate blog. There is no connection between the two. Renocatholicproject already upgraded last year and that upgrade for renocatholicproject is expiring in 28 days.
-
The $20 charge of last month was a renewal of the 10GB Space upgrade.
Once we get a verification of the initial account owner that purchased the renocatholicproject.com upgrade we can move the upgrade to your account so you can manage and renew it.

This is Fr. Bob Chorey from the Diocese of Reno. Just want to concur with what Monique is covering.

The upgrade is associated with ‘rcproject11’. If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here. Thank you.

Please disassociate my blog/name from renocatholicproject.com. I thought this had been taken care of many months ago.
My blogs schoolofdisciples.com and laneplane.com are NOT associated with renocatholicproject.com nor strongcatholicfamiliesinreno.com.
Please remove any of my information from these and give ownership to these other two people.Elaine Menardi

@elmenardi Please login as ‘rcproject11’ to verify your account ownership so we can remove that account from the associated blog and config to move the upgrade to ‘sisternomo’.

I have logged in as rcproject11. Hopefully this is all you need to verify and make the change. Please let me know if you need more.
Thanks! -
Perfect!
@sisternomo the blog and upgrade is yours now, you can renew the upgrade at https://renocatholicproject.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
