Previous Pages in Contempt … why are they missing?

I have a page, http://copyrightlaw.wordpress.com, where the “previous posts” link is gone — using “contempt” theme.
My other pages have no such problem.
Why? What is going on?

I posted it elsewhere and then saw that the thread was marked “resolved.” So, I thought that perhaps nobody would come by there to answer a resolved question. This is my first time seeking help on here, so I will remember that for next time.
I assure you that I appreciate the volunteers’ work very very much. The breach of etiquette was unintentional and I apologize.

Has the problem resolved itself on your end? Both timethief and myself see the “previous” and “next” links at the bottom of your pages.

Speculation: Over the course of the last week, unbeknownst to wp.com bloggers, the beloved geeks in the backroom have been silently “updating” themes. When they do this the “Previous posts” and “Older posts” links mysteriously come and go.

That’s a good point timethief. Who knows what other little things we will see come up in the near future do to the upgradin’.
