Previous Post link hijacked

When I published my last blog, I noticed something unusual at the foot of the blog where you see “Previous post”. Instead of it linking to my previous blog post, it links to a casino website…it has obviously been hijacked in some way. Trouble is, I don’t even know where to look to start fixing this…can anyone guide me to a starting point? I contacted Bluehost at first but they couldn’t help, saying it was a “web developer” job rather than server admin. Many thanks
