Previous template purchase code to de-register

    Hi, i’ve bought a theme named Biagiotti before, and i registered it linked it to a domain name. Is there any other way for me to deregister my purchase code from it and register it to new domain, i can’t deregister it from my old hosting site due to it’s suspended.

    Hi there,

    We don’t sell any theme with that name, and premium themes bought from WordPress.com, can only be used on the WordPress.com site it was bought for. The account you’re using to post here has never bought any themes, or any other upgrades from us.

    Please contact the theme shop/website where you bought that theme directly for help with this.

    I also note your WordPress.com site has been suspended. We cannot assist with suspended sites in the forums, so please use the link in your dashboard to contact our terms of service team directly should you need any help with that site.
