  What is the URL of the site connected to the upgrades?

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here owns no sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades. Please log into the username account that owns the upgrades in question, then you will be able to update the billing details from the Purchases page.

  If your account has to take over management of the site and its upgrades, the current owner of the site must transfer ownership to your account first, before you’ll be able to make these changes.
