  Hello, I purchased a url from godaddy but do not want to use their website builder. Can I use it here in wordpress to build my current blog into a new website? the url I purchased is debrahjoyspencer.com so the new site would not be olivesandorchids.com

  Hi there,

  If it was built using GoDaddy’s own website builder Since the GoDaddy builder isn’t compatible with WordPress, then you have to follow this guide:
  https://wordpress.com/support/import/converting-an-html-site-to-wordpress/

  There are two options here:
  1. Transfer your current domain to WordPress.com
  2. Connect your existing domain

  Alternatively, you can keep your current domain with your current hosting provider and connect here as well:
