Price and Currency different in India after logging in.

    Hi,

    Your website is showing different plans and prices in Indian currency before logging in. But after I login, the currency changes to USD and price increases significantly. Why is it happening?

    Hi there!

    We used IP based location data to show pricing in the local currency of the IP address. But, you can have a separate currency set for your user account, which yours is currently set to USD which is why the pricing changes once you log into your account.

    We can update that for you if you like. Just confirm you want your currency set to Indian Rupees (INR) and we can take care of that for you.

    I am Indian, so my IP address is also Indian. Your website is already showing my location as India. So please change the currency to INR instead of USD. Thanks.
