Hi there,
I have a big problem concerning my blog where ads are appearing whereas I already bought the “No Ads” upgrade. How can we delete it? This is urgent, it’s not possible I really do not want any add like that on my website! Help!!

If the ads you see are found at the end of blog posts then provided you see this small About These Ads link http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/ what you are seeing is WordPress.com generated advertising.
If you do not see that link then the ads are not being placed by WordPress.com.

Oh no they’re not at the end of the articles. They are just placed between the top banner and the articles! Can you check it and see what I can do?

If you are seeing any other ads then you have an issue on your browser or computer. They are being placed there by software on your own computer, unfortunately. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser. I do not see any ads when I disable my AdBlocker. That said, to me your your is a catalog of ads for fashion designers and those who market fashion because the images all come from external sources and there appears to be very little original content in the blog.
