Price Difference in Domain Renewal

    I was recently billed for renewing my WordPress domain on 9 February 2024, but I notice that the renewal amount is more expensive than the domain price listed in the WordPress guide. Kindly help.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing the URL. I’ve checked it and S$28 is the same amount that you were charged in 2023.

    I understand that you mean that in our TLDs support page, a .org domain costs S$17. We lowered the price of some TLDs last July to match the competence, but this only applies to new registrations.

    Domains registered prior to July 2023 still have the previous price for their renewal.
