Price increase?

Hi, I got an email in August about renewing my plan for domain mapping which would cost $13 for the year to renew. I’m not seeing this option anywhere and the minimum seems to be 3 times as expensive now. Am I seeing incorrectly? Wasn’t notified of any plan changes.

I’ll tag this for Staff. If you let your old upgrade expire, they may not be able to renew it for you.

But are we talking about the site you’ve linked to, seeingdoubleband? The last update on that site was in 2012.
If not that site, please give us the exact link and the domain involved.

Yes, seeingdoubleband.com was the domain it mapped to. We renewed every year (not sure why it’s not showing beyond 2012), and I just saw that email in August, so I let it expire by mistake.

Hi there,
The domain mapping was removed from your account after it expired, so you’ll need to add a new mapping upgrade.
You should be able to add a domain mapping without a plan as yours is an older account. If you go to the checkout page you should be able to add it back:
