Price of pointing one domain name to another?

    How much does WordPress.com charge for mapping (or is the term ‘pointing’?) one domain name to another? I have a free version now. If I upgrade to Personal or Premium and getting BlahBlah.org free and buy BlahBlah.com for $18, how much would I pay for having the .com direct people automatically to the .org?

    Hi there,

    Currently domain mapping is included in all of our plans and there is not an extra charge for mapping. Currently there is no limit to how many domains you can map for free under your plan, and mapped domains can be set as the “primary site address” or set to redirect to whatever address you want the site to appear

    As long as you already own the domain (for example you own blahblah.org GoDaddy) and you have upgraded to one of our plans, then you can use mapping to connect your domain to your WordPress.com site at no extra cost.
