    How come when I check out for the pro account its wanting the full 180 but yall advertise 15/month? i was gonna get it but I don’t have that much on my card, plus I thought there was a trial period… please help me understand..

    Hi there,

    As of now, plans are billed yearly, not monthly, so the full amount comes up at checkout.
    When you purchase the WordPress Pro plan, you have a 14 day trial to cancel it if you change your mind, which means you must cancel it within 14 days after acquiring the plan.

    Hi @harleymom287, thanks for that feedback. We’ll pass that along to the marketing team.

    Currently, the plans are only available in annual payments. We don’t have free trials, but we do have free sites you can start with. And for trial periods, you have 14 days to receive a plan refund if needed.
