Pricing

I don’t know why you deleted my other post, so I’ll try again. I was previously signed up for over 5 years. I had to let my premium subscription lapse due to redundancy. In that time you changed the pricing structures. I signed up to the £60 tier only to find that I am unable to access the theme I *paid for*, any custom CSS, and that you’re putting ads on my blog, even though I’m paying for it.

Can I get back the theme I paid for and my legacy plan, or do I need to request a refund? I’d appreciate a response ASAP given that I only have a 13 day window on this.

    Hey hi hello!

Firstly, thank you for your patience and courteousness, despite the confusing and frustrating matter. While waiting for staff to address this, I’d like to assist you; however, I’m afraid I don’t have good news.

Features such as premium themes and ad removal are unfortunately limited to the WordPress Pro plan, as can be seen here:
    https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Of the three plans available – Free, Starter, and Pro – the Pro Plan is the only one that includes premium themes and ad removal.

Having said all that, I don’t suggest refunding just yet; at the very least, staff can surely assist you with useful information, so let’s wait for a response.

I hope this helps in some way.
Sincerely — good luck with this matter, and in general.

  • Hi there,

It looks like everything has been sorted with Premium being reconnected to your account. Please let us know if you have any other questions or issues = we’d be happy to assist.

    Thanks!
