  Please advise re: $0 payment for first year then renewal at $96 per year thereafter. Will I be charged $96 on my credit card at the time of subscribing?

  Yes, you will be charged $96 at the time of purchasing the subscription. The $0 payment is for the custom domain which is included in the first year’s $96 charge. For each additional year, it will be $96 plus the cost of the domain subscription.
