  Hello, I subscribed with WordPress initially with the Premium account, shortly after I realised I need the Business account and upgraded my account. If you have a look at pricing of the 2 separate, it doesn’t make sense. I paid much more and I would like to ask for a refund please. Thank you.

  Hi again,

  So I found out what happened here. We offer a 20% discounted price for all new plans, so when you purchased the WordPress.com Premium plan, you got the discounted price for the Premium plan. But when you upgraded to the Business plan, you were charged the regular price of the Business plan since the system sees it as an upgrade and not as a new plan.

  To clarify, the WordPress.com Business plan costs 9600 INR per year. The discounted first-year cost is 7680 INR.

  Given your unique situation, I’ve refunded to adjust for it so that your total payment to us is 7680 INR + 1382 GST = 9062 INR.

  I refunded 1274.8 INR, so the total you ended up paying us is 9062 INR. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
