  No. We all pay the same amount and we make payment in full at the time of purchase. Please email Staff for details on the Business upgrade as some changes are currently being made.

  You can you purchase a domain mapping upgrade and map an existing domain to your free hosted WordPress.com blog and have it continue to be free hosted by WordPress.com. If that’s what you want to do here are the relevant links:
