  I want to create a wordpress website but i dont want to host it on wordpress and i dont want to be paying a monthly price is there a way to pay a flat fee to wordpress and take my website elsewhere?

  I’m not aware of any hosts that offer hosting at a one-time price. I’ve only seen them offer monthly/yearly recurring charges.

  At WordPress.com, our plans are billed yearly. However, perhaps you can see if our free plan will work for you:
