Hello,
I was forced to let my premium plan lapse due to losing my job over the pandemic. In the gap between two jobs, WordPress doubled their prices. I cannot afford £180 for a hobby, and you won’t let me map my domain unless I pay these high prices, so I’ve effectively lost five years of work.
You have briefly mentioned offering a mid point price. Is there any timeline for that, or should I try to salvage my blog on another platform?
Additionally, having to post this on a public forum is really embarrassing; please consider providing at least basic customer support to your lower level customers.
