Pricing for one time change

  If I need to do a small customization (like changing font or css) in one of my wordpress.com site, I have to pay the price for that accordingly for one year. Do I have to pay again for next year to retain the customization, or the customization will be retained and I will be required to pay only if I need to do more customization??

  Yes, you have to pay for every year you want the customization to stay.
