  I am looking to upgrade to the next level…I still have half a year on my existing plan. Can you give us a discount for signing up now?

  We also don’t sell any plan on WordPress.com that costs $18.

  If you have a site with a custom domain and then upgrade to a plan, you’ll receive an automatic discount for the domain, but you will need to buy the plan using the same username account that already owns the domain.
