  I have a domain I purchased from GoDaddy. I Need a website for a non profit that accepts paypal dues from members and has a membership portal where members onlycan access it. Other than that its will be a generic site with information on the club, calendar of events and whatnot. I just need an idea of cost to build and maintain the website. I already own a domain.

  The eCommerce plan is the most complete, but I think a Business plan would be just what you need. It will allow you to install a membership plugin (this is how you allow others to create accounts on your site) and any other plugin you might need.
