Pricing per website or per user?

  If I want to use wordpress premium to set up 2 separate websites with me as the user for both – do I pay the $99 per year per user (so just once for myself) ? Or do I pay the $99 per website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Most of the upgrades are per blog, per year.

  So it costs $99 per website ($198 in your case) .
