Pricing & Plan Questions

    Hello, I have a few questions about the plan and pricing. I have to be honest that not being able to call and ask a representative is already a little frustrating and concerning and I haven’t even begun! Here are my questions:
    Is the pricing for a website (I see includes hosting and a year of domain use), always pricing or is that a initiation promotional first time price?
    If promotional, what is the renewal pricing for everything?

    Is this subscription based? Meaning – if I ever happen to move away form WordPress, do I lose hosting and my domain and all site content?

    Does the domain include an email address / and any additional alias / forwarding emails? If so, how many?

    If I did want to attempt to contact a representative by email or message, how do I do that?

    I’m personally happy with a free site but if you want a custom domain one is included free for the first year if you purchase an annual plan. The following year you pay to renew the plan and also pay the cost to renew the domain.

    If you ever wish to move away from WordPress.com yes you’d lose hosting here and need to set up again elsewhere and handle all security/updates/hassle of a site at some other host. You can move your custom domain wherever you wish (once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days).

    With a Personal plann you get email support from staff. A Premium plan or higher and you’re eligible for Livechat support. Hope that helps you decide what you’re going to do.
