primary and secondary widget areas

  The primary and secondary widget area are self duplicating and when I delete a widget off of the secondary it is removed from the primary widget area too.

  For example, the “recent posts” and “archives” are listed twice on the sidebar of the blog. when I try deleting it off of the secondary widget area it is removed from the primary area, too. I would really prefer just one copy of each on the side.

  Are you still experiencing this problem? It looks like you have one copy of the recent posts and archives widgets in your primary sidebar.

  Removing a widget from one area should not delete it from another. If this is still happening for you, I can file a bug report to see about getting it fixed.
