Primary Blog has suddenly changed and I cannot change it back.
-
My blog is at http://www.mittechnical.com/blog
I use wp-stats, and everything was cool until a week ago, when i started noticing that i was getting zero uniques per day instead of a couple hundred.
Then I noticed that in my profile, it says that my primary blog is at dashboard.wordpress.com
How did this get changed, and how do I change it back? My blog is set as my website url, and I can find nowhere that my info is incorrect. The troubling thing is that this happened suddenly, without me doing anything overtly to cause it.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Josh

Give this thread a couple of hours and see what people suggest. If we can’t come up with something, I think you should write a feedback or an email to staff. Search isn’t very helpful…

Your blog is not hosted at wordpress.com. You need to head over to the proper support forum http://wordpress.org/support/
We can’t help you here.

OK vivianpaige … I understand the problem stated by the original query .. however. I have a the same problem and I only signed up for a “NAME” .. not a blog. I can only access the Global Dashboard. Regardless of what WP blog I ‘log into’ … I am always brought back to the Global Dashboard when clicking (view site). I also have no way to get to back to the site I originally registered with.
I have been using WP for over 3 years and operate 37 WP blogs. I created the a new name in order to write a quick tutorial for members of a new blog I created. But I ran into this. Now I am able to log in with ‘other’ WP profiles – some name only – others associated with existing WP blogs. They work fine. But this new one I created – and I’m afraid any new account created at this time – will encounter this endless loop to nowhere problem
Please respond and help !!
