Primary blog just disappeared from my account
-
I was logged into my account, looking at the stats for my primary blog (thoughttonic.com), and my blog just disappeared. I can still see the blog online, but it isn’t showing up in my WordPress.com account. I have no idea what happened. Help!

A bit more information … I have had a Business account for years with thoughttonic.com as my primary blog. I just paid for the yearly renewal on November 1 and have been working on updating my site almost daily for the past week or so. I was logged in this morning, looking at stats when I got a message about Jetpack having trouble connecting and then the blog just disappeared from my account.

Your site is still up and running. You can still log in to your site at https://thoughttonic.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up your site.

The login information doesn’t seem to be the same as it is for WordPress.com. Is that right? I still don’t understand why this site showing up in my account. I have also contacted Support but haven’t heard back yet apart from an initial message in which there was confusion about which blog was my primary blog (I think because my primary blog is not showing up in my account any longer).

When I just logged into https://thoughttonic.com/wp-login.php, I was able to see my site, but when I logged in at wordpress.com, I couldn’t … it was totally gone. That seems problematic.
Update: I just relogged into in wordpress.com, and my site seems to be back in my account there, too, so everything seems back to normal. I would love to know what happened, though!

For some reason, your site was no longer connected to your wordpress.com account. It’s hard to tell what exactly went wrong.
