primary data center in Spain?

    Does anyone know if you can actually choose the country of the primary data center within the European Union? In the help section, it appears that you can choose ‘EU West’ as the primary data center, but only a pin in what looks like the Netherlands is highlighted in blue and the pin in Spain in gray. Anyone have experience with choosing the exact country?
