  I can’t change my Primary Domain to whlsolucoes.com.br, instead i have made upgrade to premium account.

  Could you help me ?

  I’m so sorry about this, but it looks like the domain was not registered. We have restored your credit. Can you please try registering it again?

  Also please make sure the Address 2 field does not start with a number.

  Hi Gracejiyoung.

  I tried to do like recomendation, but still not fixed.
  I register it again, but after 3 days when I try to change and update my primary domain from whlsolucoes.wordpress.com to whlsolucoes.com.br the aplication doesn’t do anything (dont change).

  I can’t understand your information about Address 2 field. Where I found this ?

  So it seems like there is an issue with the Endereço 2. You currently have that set to:

  385 apto 22

  Can you make sure it doesn’t start with a number. You started it with 385.

  Hi Gracejiyoung.

  Ok I will try again, changing my address2 (endereço 2) to start with a letter.

  Could you restore my credit to do that ? When I Try it today the system asked me my credit card again.
