  Need to remove my temporary domain and review my website on OceanWP and Elementor

  Hi @wltprivate,

  Use of third-party themes and page builders is for the Business Plan. If you have a WordPress.com Business Plan then you can speak directly to WordPress.com staff and they’ll be able to help you with anything you need. I’ll tag staff in this thread so they may have a look for you and best help you.

  However, if your site is hosted by a third-party web host and you’re using third-party themes and page builders, then you will be using WordPress.org software and not hosting with WordPress.com. In which case, you’d need to head over to the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two different organisations: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

  Hi wltprivate,

  I’ve checked your account and it doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you purchased a Business plan through another account, please log out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to, then reply here or start a chat.

  If you haven’t purchased a plan, that means you are using WordPress.org software with another host — in which case the WordPress.org support forums @happyvimes linked to will the best place to ask for advice.
