The URL resolves correctly for me, but before you go much further: are you aware that it’s against WordPress.com Terms of Service to have blogger-initiated paid ads and to sell a product that you, yourself, do not manufacture?
I think you’d be better off getting a domain mapping refund, finding a paid host somewhere, and moving your blog there.

I remove the tag for staff as they are not required. I did a check and this is what I found:
No Domain Mapping Found
There is no domain mapping upgrade for proteinparty.co.uk. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.If you would like to use your domain name purchased elsewhere and map from your free hosted wordpress.com blog to it, then you will first need to set up domain mapping. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
After you make the domain mapping purchase here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and do the primary blog set up it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

@raincoaster
I think this is a case of forwarding and masking rather than purchasing a domain mapping upgrade but I could be wrong. -
Hi thanks for advice guys, i cancelled my domain mapping as per raincoasters advice as wasnt aware of those terms. Im going to look for somewhere else to host my site. it wasnt planned it was just a list to help you guys out but then companies started offering incentives to put ads on. I wasnt aware i was breaking any rules. Once again, thanks for advice guys
