primary domain shows up nowhere in my account

  I got a confirmation email to the email adress attached to this account that *** was all set as my primary domain.
  When I log into wordpress I can find it nowhere. My wordpress is also the light version even though I paid for the upgrade two days ago.

  ‘You already have ***.com set as your primary domain, so you’re all set! Your visitors can now access your site just by going directly to your domain name. ‘

  I find the domain nowhere under my wordpress account, it says it’s linked to another account. This makes no sense at all.

  I started a retrieve account endeavour yesterday, but still got no answer.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: No

  I’ve checked it, and the site isarworldmarketing.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is different from the one you are currently contacting us from.
  
  The email address is very similar but we can not share more details about other accounts in a public forum.
  
  If you don’t manage to remember this other email address, you can regain access to the account that manages the site isarworldmarketing.com by using the account recovery form:

  thank you for your answer.
  1.) How is it possible that the confirmation e-mail was sent to me to the very e-mail that is connected to this account if it is supposed to be the wrong one?
  
  2.) I already handed in the form yesterday but got no answer or feedback whatsoever up until now. Will the transaction code be enough to retrieve the data?
