Primary email address change

  I need to change the primary email address that is currently associated with the account.

  As of now, it will not let me change and will give me an error message indicating technical difficulties.

  Hi, can you try logging out, then logging in with that email?

  If it works, you’ll need to update that address to some else, or use an alias, before you’ll be able to use the address for another account.

  If you’d like us to check on this for you, can you share the address here? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
