  • Hi there,

You have your site set to use the mobile theme, not Rowling’s mobile view. The mobile theme uses the Primary Menu, but rowling doesn’t have a Primary Menu area, only top header and bottom header, so the mobile theme uses the social menu instead.

If you switch off the mobile theme, the bottom header menu you have set will display instead. With a responsive theme like Rowling you don’t need to activate the mobile theme – that’s intended only for older themes that aren’t already responsive.

You can disable the mobile theme here:

Thank you for your help..Changed as you told .. working perfectly.. But why it not displaying in the mobile ,the top header menu where i set the social menus?? Its only displaying the bottom header menu ( where custom menu is configured ). Any other way to display both social and primary menu in mobile?

  • This is expected. The Rowling theme displays only the bottom header menu on small screens. The other menus are hidden by default.

It might be possible to force them to be visible by using custom CSS, but that would require the Premium or Business Plan.
