Primary menu on a static start page (Theme Pique Cafe)

  • Unknown's avatar

I would like to display primary menu on the start page on the top, directly after a page title, but it doesn’t work, I don’t understand why.

Besides this, I would like to position the language selection also on the top.
    Is it possible?

Thanks a lot for your support.

    Regards

    Hi Anton,

To set your custom menu to display on your front page, navigate to Theme Options > Menu Settings in the WordPress.com Customizer and uncheck the option next to “Add an anchor menu to the front page.”

Alternatively, under Theme Options, you can assign a page to each of the theme’s panels to automatically generate an anchor menu for the front page of your site.

Besides this, I would like to position the language selection also on the top.
    Is it possible?

The easiest step here would be to add links to the different sites as a custom link to your menu. Let me know when you’ve done that and I can then help with suggestions for styling the links using custom CSS.
