How do you change the primary site name and what if the name you want is already being used on a profile you created but are locked out of?

I have answered a question on your first thread where the problem started. If you’re able to gain access to the account you’re locked out of, then I would assume you aren’t wanting to make any other changes? I am going to supply different options if you are still wanting to make changes.
To change your Username:
