Hello there!
Welcome to the free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. However, since your site is not hosted with us, we may not be able to provide the necessary help and advice. But, I can offer some guidance to help you find the appropriate assistance.
You are able to see your WordPress site in your WordPress.com dashboard because you linked your site to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin. In the event that this connection is not functioning correctly, you should log in to your website directly to reconnect Jetpack.
If you are having difficulty accessing your website’s backend, I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider, Bluehost, for assistance. As they host your site’s files, they have the necessary access and expertise to help you locate and resolve this issue.
If you require assistance from the Jetpack support team, please contact them through https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not. They will be able to provide better assistance.
I hope this information is helpful to you!
