    I’m having an issue when I log into WordPress I can’t access my website. It gives me the same error to check my primary sites jetpack connection. Also I can’t access my site through a google search I’m guessing this is the issue. Could someone help me out

    Hey there, I can’t access that site either, even when loading it up directly. It isn’t hosted here on our services, so can you contact your hosting company to see what’s up? You might also check in with your domain provider if they are separate from your host, since the domain isn’t resolving at all.

    Once the site is up and going again, you can reconnect Jetpack through your dashboard if needed.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

    You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
