  Hey Chad,

  It clearly says that the mapping of your domain has expired. You have to renew it. You can manage your purchases.

  Please refer to this account.

  And it’s better if you can check your inbox because you have may have received an email to renew the mapping of your domain.

  Allowing a domain to expire
  When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. Please read that support doc.

  If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.

  Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.

  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade on your site belongs to a different account, theurbanfaerie, who is also the owner of the site itself.

  If they are willing to transfer the domain mapping to your account you can use the Premium Plan you just bought to renew that upgrade. But otherwise theurbanfaerie will need to renew that upgrade themselves.
