  Did you copy and paste the text from somewhere else into the post? If you did you will have to edit the post, switch to the HTML Text editor and remove the font tag code from the post.

  Also note that if your are copying and pasting you will want to enable this setting > Dashboard >Writing
  Formatting
  _ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically

  If you have not copied and pasted text then you could have accidentally made the post a “sticky” post. See here for editing and removal of that designation http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
