print and email this post buttons

    would love to have a “print this post” and “email this post” feature. I notice it on many other blogs. I read in the forum somewhere that this was due to spam issues, but I don’t understand why the other blogs are able to do this. Is this an option that is planned for WordPress?

    Because those are single blogs. WordPress.com is 900k of them in one big bundle. Get a few bad apples here and it’ll ruin it for everybody else.

    Perfect example. Those 6 or so fans who threw stuff at Jeff Gordon last weekend. Thanks to them, we have some racetracks thinking about banning beer sales at NASCAR races. (Like that will ever happen…)

    Also I believe the Print Post plugin was for an earlier version of WordPress and not sure if it has been worked on since then.

    Feel free to submit a feedback on Monday with this suggestion though.

    Have you made your suggestion known to staff by sending it to support? That’s the best way.
