how can i download the blog to get it changed – I like to print the blog as a book ?

You failed to post the URL of the site. Provided it is a site hosted by wordpress.COM there is a print button http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/ in the sharing buttons that you can enable and it will appear at the end of every post/page. Both you and your visitors can use it.
