print button not printing article

  Successfully used the shortcode for recipe menu but while the print button is active it does not print the recipe

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Were you using the print link that is part of the recipe (like the one in the image below)?

  I tried that link using both Chrome and Safari and the print version rendered perfectly.

  What happens when you click that link?

  thank you, liz, the problem seems to be iOS related and i hadn’t thought to try printing from my mac. it does work via safari, so if any body has a similar probllem i can suggest they use a desktop browser. i appreciate you troubleshooting this. anne
