Print my blog plugin free but not free?

  The plugin site says that the Print My Blog is free but you have to do a paid upgrade to get it. What’s the cost for the upgrade to get the ‘free’ plugin?

  The third-party plugin is only accessible on the WordPress.com pro subscription and does not work with the free plan.
