printful integration failing

Hi –
I have downloaded the printful plug-in and connected my printful store to my WooCommerce store on WordPress.
In WordPress, the status report for the printful-woocommerce integration shows everything as being green.
When I try to add a product from my printful store into my WooCommerce / WordPress I’m getting this error message: ‘Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access’
Please advise. I checked with printful and they said there are no issues on their side and to check with WordPress.
