How can I enable others and myself to print blogs
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I do not believe it is possible to natively print a WordPress.com blog. There are many browser extensions and websites that provide this functionality. I personally use Full Page Screen Capture for Chrome.

If you’re talking about your own blog rather than blogs you may visit then in the wp-admin dashboard you can go to “Settings” “Sharing” and add a “Print” button that will show at the bottom of each post to enable visitors to be able to print your posts. As @jjchrisdiehl says there are a number of websites you can use if you want to download a pdf file of your own site that you can then print out Some are free, some charge and you first need to export a copy of your site’s content as an xml file to your computer. Without wishing to recommend any particular company, the only one I’ve tried and had reasonable success using was https://www.blogbooker.com/
