  What’s the easiest way to print my posts? I don’t want all of the ‘extra’ stuff when I print.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I would like to print all of my posts including the pictures within the post and bind them into a book. How can I print them all at once?

  That isn’t something that we, at WordPress.com, offer functionality for. But there are a number of third-party companies that offer it as a service. While I haven’t used them myself, I frequently hear suggestions for:
